Intervy uses your existing Google, GitHub, or Microsoft account to sign you in — no separate password to create or remember. Once signed in, you can accept team invitations and switch between organisations you belong to.
Signing in
Navigate to app.intervy.ai. The sign-in page shows three buttons:
- Continue with Google
- Continue with GitHub
- Continue with Microsoft
Select the account you want to use. Intervy hands off to that provider, then returns you to the app once you have authenticated. All three buttons are disabled while a sign-in is in progress to prevent duplicate requests.
By signing in you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If sign-in fails
If authentication does not complete, a notification appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen. The message names the provider that failed — for example: "Failed to sign in with Google. Please try again." Select the button again to retry, or try a different provider.
Creating an account
New to Intervy? Open app.intervy.ai/signup. The page is headed Create your account with the line Run fair, structured interviews in minutes., and offers the same three buttons as the sign-in page. Your first sign-in with any of them creates your account.
If you arrive with the Starter or Growth plan selected, the sign-up screen shows that plan above the heading — for example Starter plan · €29/seat/mo — and Intervy keeps the choice through sign-in. Without a recognised plan, no plan is shown.
Already have an account? Select the provider you used before — the page notes Already have an account? Use the same provider. Creating an account means you agree to the same Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Accepting a team invitation
When someone invites you to an organisation, you receive an email containing a link — or they can copy the link from the Members page and send it to you directly. Opening the link shows the Team Invitation page. A Staffing member can't invite you as Org Admin or Staffing; only someone else, usually an Org Admin, can grant those roles.
Happy path
-
The invitation page shows the organisation, the person who invited you, the role assigned to you (when there is one), and the email address the invitation was sent to. You can see this before signing in.
-
If you aren't signed in, select Sign in to accept — or Create account if you're new to Intervy. Once you've signed in, Intervy brings you back to the invitation.
If you create your account while your invitation is still waiting to be accepted and hasn't expired, Intervy doesn't create a separate personal organisation for you. Once you accept, the inviting organisation is the only one you belong to.
-
Select Accept Invitation. Intervy adds you to the organisation with the role on the invitation, then takes you straight to that organisation's workspace. The organisation chooses that role, and can change it until you accept. On Free, Starter, and Growth plans it is one of the three predefined roles; custom roles are part of the Scale plan.
Invitation errors
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "This invitation has expired. Please contact the organization admin for a new one." | The link is older than 7 days. | Ask the admin to resend the invitation from the Members page. |
| "This invitation has already been accepted." | The link was already used. | Sign in normally — you are already a member. |
| "Invalid invitation link." | The link is malformed, the invitation was removed, or it was re-sent since. | Ask the admin for the current link or a fresh invitation. |
| "We couldn't load this invitation. Please try again." | The invitation couldn't be loaded right now. | Reload the page. |
If joining fails after you select Accept Invitation, a message appears beneath the button and stays there until you retry. The button becomes available again.
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| "This organization has reached its interviewer limit. Please contact the organization admin." | Ask the admin to upgrade or free an interviewer seat, then retry. |
| "Please sign in again to accept this invitation." | Sign in again, then reopen the invitation link. |
| "This invitation link is no longer valid. Please contact the organization admin for a new one." | Ask the admin for the current link or a new invitation. |
| "This invitation can no longer be accepted. Please contact the organization admin for a new one." | Ask the admin for a new invitation. |
| "Failed to accept invitation. Please try again." | Retry. If the problem continues, contact the admin. |
Switching organisations
If you are a member of more than one organisation, the organisation switcher in the top-left of the sidebar lets you move between them without signing out.
- Select the organisation name at the top of the sidebar. A dropdown opens showing all organisations you belong to, each with your role in that organisation below its name. Your own personal organisation — the one Intervy created for you at sign-up — is marked Personal.
- Type in the Search organizations... box to filter the list by name.
- Select an organisation. The sidebar and all content update to show that organisation's data.
The switcher also shows your role within the current organisation, displayed below the organisation name.
An organisation someone else created for themselves and invited you to is not marked Personal for you — the label only appears on your own.
Creating a new organisation
To create an additional organisation, open the switcher and select Create organization at the bottom of the dropdown. Enter a Name — Intervy derives a URL identifier from it, shown as a preview below the field. The Contact email field is prefilled with your own email; it is where candidates reply to automated emails, and you can change it later on the organisation's Organization Settings page. Select Create. After creation, the switcher navigates you to the new organisation automatically.
If Intervy can't create the organisation, the dialog stays open with what you entered. An invalid contact email is flagged under the Contact email field (Enter a valid email address, like [email protected].), and a name whose URL is already taken is flagged under Name (An organization with this URL already exists. Try a different name.).
