The scorecard is a read-only summary page for a candidate's application. It collects every piece of interviewer feedback — ratings, recommendations, concerns, and competency scores — from all completed pipeline phases into one view, so you can make a hiring decision without opening individual interview records.
Prerequisites
Opening a scorecard
- Navigate to Job Positions and open a position.
- Select a candidate's application.
- Select Scorecard from the application detail header. The scorecard opens for that application.
Summary strip
Three cards appear at the top of every scorecard.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overall Rating | Average of per-phase ratings across all completed phases |
| Phases Complete | Count of completed phases with a progress bar |
| Current Phase | The phase currently scheduled or in progress |
The Overall Rating card shows a dash (—) until at least one completed interview has rated answers.
Recommendation Tally
The Recommendation Tally section shows the distribution of recommendation values submitted across all completed phases.
- If the feedback form uses a select field for recommendations, each option appears as a horizontal bar showing how many interviewers chose it.
- If the feedback form uses a rating field, stars are shown from lowest to highest with a count per rating value.
- If different phases used different feedback forms, each form's recommendations are shown in a separate card. No normalization is applied across forms.
- If no recommendations have been submitted yet, the section shows "No recommendations submitted yet."
Competency Matrix
The Competency Matrix section appears when the job role linked to the position has competencies defined. It shows a grid with one row per competency and one column per pipeline phase.
Each cell shows the average rating from interview answers tagged to that competency for that phase, plus the number of questions rated. Clicking a cell opens a popover with:
- The level guideline for that competency (if defined on the role)
- The average rating and question count
If a phase did not evaluate a given competency, the cell shows an empty dashed box.
Red Flags & Concerns
The Red Flags & Concerns section appears only when at least one interviewer submitted a concern in their feedback form. Each entry shows the phase name, the interviewer's name, and the concern text.
Per-Phase Feedback
The Per-Phase Feedback section lists every pipeline phase as a card. Completed phases show the interviewer name, completion date, and average question rating. Expand a card to see the full set of feedback form fields and their submitted values.
Each card also shows the phase's recommendation pill — the submitted recommendation value from the feedback form.
Phase statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Completed | Interview finished and feedback submitted |
| Skipped | Phase was bypassed without an interview |
| In Progress | Interview is currently underway |
| Scheduled | Interview is assigned and awaiting start |
| Available | Phase has no interview scheduled yet |
Print and export
Select Print / Export in the top-right corner of the scorecard to open your browser's print dialog. All collapsible feedback sections are automatically expanded when printing.
